Job Description

We are sourcing for two (2) Data Entry Clerks to work onsite for our client in Costa Mesa, CA on a 4 month project. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for managing scheduling requests, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance within the Court Reporting Operations team. This role requires strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and excellent typing skills to support daily operations efficiently. $20-$22 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and update scheduling requests in the database.
  • Ensure timely execution of requests to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Review and correct data errors while ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Follow up with clients for missing information.
  • Respond to inquiries and manage relevant files.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (litigation support is a plus).

Skills:

  • Strong typing skills (at least 60 wpm)
  • Reliable and detail-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management and adaptability.
